Steps to fill in Admission Request form

Step 1. Go to the URL: http://bcbsadmissions.bishopcottonschool.org

Step 2. Click on Login

Step 3. Login with the user name and password which is emailed to your registered id.

Step 4. If you have not received an email with username and password please contact School office

Step 5. Once you login you will be directed to Application Fee

Step 6. Once you pay the Application Fee you will be redirected to the Application Form

Step 7. Fill in the form and upload the relevant documents.

Step 8. Click on the Submit button

Note : Once the form is submitted you will not be able to make any changes to the application form

Step 9. You will get an acknowledgement by email confirming your submission.

Step 10. You will receive a PDF to your registered email id with all the details that you submitted.

Points to Note:

  1. Ensure that you have  scanned copies of the following documents in .jpeg or .jpg format
    • Birth Certificate issued by BBMP or for other states an equivalent statutory authority.
    • Present CSI Membership Certificate issued by the Presbyter-in-charge of the Church Indicating the period of Membership – KCD (if CSI member)
    • Baptism Certificate of child (if CSI member).
    • Church Membership Certificate (if Christian other than CSI).
    • Latest Term or Exam Marks Card / Bonafide / Study Certificate.
    • Family Photograph: The latest family photograph of the applicant along with father and mother only should be taken in the studio with a white background. To upload the image must be 600px * 400px in size, file size MAX 500KB.
    • Address proof – Aadhaar / DL / Voters ID / Passport.
    • Staff of BCBS / BCGS – Present working certificate to be attached.
  2. Please ensure that each  scanned copy is not more than 500 KB. Use file optimizer such as http://www.imageoptimizer.net/Pages/Home.aspx to reduce file size.
  3. All fields are mandatory as applicable.
  4. In case of a surge or high demand while filling the form, the connection may go down. You can login later and complete the application - before the due date
  5. The Application form will be emailed to your mail id as a PDF
  6. Filling / Submitting an application form does not guarantee admission to the School
